Kuukauden ekovinkki -postaussarjassa esitellään joka kuukausi yksi iso tai pieni ekovinkki. Postaussarjan tarkoitus on kannustaa ekologisiin ratkaisuihin kotona ja arjessa.
Jatkojohto kytkimellä
Tammikuun vinkki on ekologisuuden lisäksi myös käytännöllinen. Jatkojohto on ehkä yksi kätevimmistä kodin laitteista arjen helpottamiseen. Ei tarvitse murehtia liian kaukana olevista pistorasioista. Suosittelen lämpimästi hankkimaan sellaisen jatkojohdon, jossa on mukana virtakatkaisin. Mulla on ainakin paha tapa jättää latureita ja muita kiinni pistorasioihin. Laturien unohtaminen kiinni jatkojohtoihin ei ole niin huono asia, jos jatkiksesta saa kytkettyä virran pois heti, kun siinä olevaa laitetta ei enää tarvita. Niin kätevää!
Tiesitkö, että valmiustila kuluttaa 5-10 prosenttia enemmän sähköä? Jatkojohdosta virrat pois lyömällä säästät. Saattaa kuulostaa pieneltä prosentilta, mutta mieti tätä: jos miljoona suomalaista tekee näin, säästyy tuhannen henkilön hiilijalanjälki. Ei huono.
Tää on tosi kätevä! Meillä on kaikki olohuoneen valot (käytetään jouluvaloja ja muita kattovalon sijaan tosi paljon) ja tv jatkojohdossa, joka napsautetaan päälle aina tarvittaessa. Muutenkin oon aika tarkka itse, ettei mitään latureita tai "turhia" johtoja ole rasioissa kiinni – luen jonkin verran OTKESin raportteja harrastuksena 😀
Huippua, että säkin oot löytänyt jatkojohdon ilot! 😀 Meillä on myös aika harvoin kattovalo päällä, vaan miljoona pikkulamppua sijoiteltuna ympäri asuntoa. Harmi, ettei niitä kaikkia saa samaan jatkojohtoon. Mutta meillä taitaa nyt olla neljä jatkista käytössä, ja nää ovat hirmusen käteviä. Pitäisi itekin varmaan tutustua OTKESin raportteihin, niin ei jäisi ne laturit kiinni sängyn viereiseen pistorasiaan niin usein. 😀
Ps. Mä muuten luen huvikseni MENin päätöksiä vaikuttajamarkkinoinnin laillisuudesta. Eri asia, mutta rapsoja täälläkin lueskellaan iltojen iloiksi. 😀
Ohh, pitääkin ottaa seuraavaksi kohteeksi nuo MENin päätökset! Joskus on tullut niitäkin katseltua, mutta nyt kyllä kiinnostaa ihan eri tasolla. Aikuisuuden ilot, raportit iltalukemisina ihan huvikseen 😀 Ihanaa että on muitakin!
